Public linkage maps including apple SSR markers have been included in the SSRdb. It allows to compare maps and to access marker data from map image.

Search tool to identify to which unigene your EST belongs

Malus Unigene and EST search tool

A search form has been created to retieve information about EST sequences assembled into NCBI unigenes. Cross references to the alternative EST assemblies at PlantGDB and GDR (Genome Database for Rosaceae) are given.
